During design development in conjunction with the design team we determine budgets for all elements of the project to comply with the overall budget to achieve the employer’s requirements.
As is often the case the budgets are exceeded and several rounds of Value Engineering may be required, this involves all stakeholders in the project to rationalize their requirements to meet the budget and to get value for money, TMCL Consulting Ltd has over 30 years’ experience in the industry and can have a significant impact on this process having delivered large numbers of projects across all sectors, and on the ground intelligence with key suppliers and specialist subcontractors.
